How it works

Peaks track

1. Select the peaks file.

2. Write a name for the output (.wgl.gz) file.

3. Write a name for the track.

4. Press the button Run

Reads track

1. Select the peaks file.

2. Write a name for the output (.wgl.gz) file.

3. Write a name for the track.

4. Select the parameters of the program:

Remove clonal reads	removes clonal reads (identical reads map to the same exact position in the genome).

5. Press the button Run

What's next

When either of the processes is finished the Progress tab is shown.

Press the button Open UCSC Genome Browser to open the Genome Browser webpage and load the tracks you created.
