GeneSpring	Genespring is a packaged data mining visualization and analysis software from Agilent Technologies. The Computational Genomics Core Facility (CGCF) at Cornell offers access to GeneSpring via subscription.
Genemaths	Windows-based data mining software that can interact with Oracle and SQL Server databases and with the Array-Pro software from Media Cybernetics.
Rosetta Resolver	The Rosetta Resolver system is a versatile and robust enterprise, gene expression data analysis system. It combines advanced analysis software, a high-capacity database, and a high-performance server framework in one comprehensive tool. With the Rosetta Resolver Software Development Kit (SDK), you can customize the Rosetta Resolver system to integrate it with your own databases and analysis tools.
Spotfire	Spotfire provides software solutions and services for microarray data analysis. Expression results and current biological annotation information can be easily accessed and merged from any source including text files, Excel or Oracle databases for computation using methods including hierarchical and K-means clustering, expression profile searches and PCA.
