When a user is logged in, a new link at the top left of the page links to the user details page.

Redesigned user detail pages. These pages can now be sorted by columns. New columns have added to allow sorting submitted information by type, name, data submitted and date modified.

The view all user page can now be sorted by any column. The number of registered users is shown on the top.

A new link leads directly from the SigPath main page to the bug tracker. Please use this link to report problems with SigPath and check progress on their resolution.

SigPath now links small molecules to the NCI open browser. Click on NICO database link in small molecules pages.

A new biowizard option let users create complexes through the web interface.

Spids can now be used to select molecules in the Biowizard (Fixed mantis bug #0000729)

Background information has been updated. This version of SigPath is built with SwissProt v45 and a subset of TrEMBL v28 (445,273 proteins).

For developers:

The SigPath project was awarded an open-source license for Clover (see http://www.cenqua.com/clover). Clover makes it possible to generate code coverage reports. Such reports are created with the automatic project builds and published on the web. Historical views show how coverage evolves from build to build.
