  1. You can use either spids or accession numbers to identify the molecules that make up your complex.
    In the given example for the submission of a complex: the complex "comp1" is made up of two molecules, one identified by accession no. (ac="sw:Q60631") and the other identified by spid (spid="sp119179").


  2. To submit a complex into SigPath you need to submit the reaction that makes the complex.


  3. while submitting a reaction in which a molecule is modified you need to create a modified chemical and reference it in the reaction.
