Importing interactions with XML

Biochemical interactions can be submitted into SigPath as XML files. While SigPath provides user-friendly BioWizards, advanced users will often prefer to submit large amounts of data through XML. For instance, complexes identified from high-throughput protein-protein interaction maps can be converted to the SigPath XML format and imported.

Submission of interactions as XML files is illustrated in the following tutorial:
