The secondary structure subunits allowed for RbDg input are as follows:

FreeLoop: Defines a free loop domain in the diagram

ExtremityDomain: Defines an N-terminal domain

CtermDomain: Defines a C-terminal domain

HelicalDomain: Defines a helix or helical domain in the residue based diagram

BetaStrandDomain: Defines a beta sheet structure or beta strand domain in the diagram

ProteinSegmentDomain: Defines a protein segment domain in the diagram (example: DNA-binding range)
