Search for an alignment:

The alignments in Arcadia are either standard alignments entered by the Administrator, or user-entered alignments. The mutant protein entry pages link to the standard alignments only.

This page allows the user to search all alignments entered into the database. Alignments can be searched by:

keyword in the alignment name,

keyword in the alignment description,

or a sequence accession code (from an external database).

Users can also use the 'select all alignments' option to see all alignments currently in the database.

Clicking on 'Get alignments' retrieves all alignments matching the query.
